Expertise description:

Our department covers the full range of system integration, starting with a study phase until final acceptance by the customer:

  • Study, definition and selection of a suitable robot and sensors depending on the robot-task (some parameters are range, speed, force, life time, customer request…)
  • Mechanical and electrical integration
  • Data handling (product identification, process data…)
  • Programming the robot, the corresponding interfaces (up/downstream), interface to and programming of the Module-Controller (Logistics Controller)
  • Interface to and programming of the Data Base Management Systems (if applicable)

Typically, already realized applications:

  • 6-achses robots for handling applications (approx. 20pcs in diverse modules, machines or lines)
  • SCARA robots for handling or palletizing applications (approx. 100 pcs)
  • SCARA robots for wafer handling (approx. 20 pcs)
  • Vacuum and cleanroom robots (approx. 20 pcs)
  • Robots from KUKA, Epson, Mitsubishi, Brooks, Isel and Hirata
  • Most Applications running 24/7 in industrial production environment
  • Tact Times below 3sec/pcs if needed
  • High Uptimes and low MTTR (mean time to recover) through special operator guidance (production line state display 60")
  • Low operator manning (typically 0.5 FTE/machine, depending on complexity)
  • Fast change over within one product category enabled by usage of product types in software, automatic gripper exchange…
