Results

The proposals have been evaluated by the experts and the panel on the basis of three criteria:

  1. Scientific and/or technological excellence relevant to the Challenge scenario and EuRoC general objectives.
  2. Quality and efficiency of the implementation and the management.
  3. Potential impact through the development, dissemination and use of project results.

The threshold for possible funding was 3 in each criterion, with the sum of all three marks not being less than 10.

The panel decided to use the rules described in the following for proposals prioritization:

  1. Proposals are initially ranked according to the overall scores achieved after consensus.
  2. For each batch of proposals with equal overall score, rank the tied proposals according to score on criterion 3 (Impact);
  3. Rank proposals still tied, after application of the previous criteria in this list, according to score on criterion 1 (Excellence);
  4. Rank proposals still tied, after application of the previous criteria in this list, according to score on criterion 2 (Implementation);
  5. Rank proposals still tied, after application of the previous criteria in this list, according to the rank achieved in Stage I.

These rules were applied in consecutive order until the final prioritization was achieved. This procedure was only applied to proposals that scored above thresholds.

In the following the results of the proposals' evaluation are displayed.
